Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Newbie Catering Ltd (“we”, “Restik”) collects and uses personal data when you use restik.top, the admin panel, guest bots, booking pages, and related payment flows.

1. Controller

2. Data we process

• account and contact data (name, phone, email, messenger IDs) for staff and guests;
• restaurant and program configuration needed to operate loyalty and payments;
• order / bill / booking references and amounts;
• technical logs (IP, device, security events) for fraud prevention and reliability.

Card details are entered on the payment provider’s secure hosted page (e.g. myPOS). We do not store full card numbers on Restik servers.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process data to:

• provide the contracted platform services (performance of a contract);
• process payments and prevent fraud (contract / legitimate interests / legal obligation);
• support restaurants and guests (legitimate interests);
• meet accounting and compliance duties (legal obligation).

4. Sharing

We share data with restaurants in your loyalty program, payment providers, POS / messaging integrations you connect, and hosting/infrastructure vendors acting as processors. We do not sell personal data.

5. Retention

We keep data as long as needed for the service, dispute handling, and statutory retention (e.g. payment and accounting records). You may request deletion where legally permitted.

6. Your rights

Under applicable EU / Cyprus law you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing. Contact hello@restik.top. You may also lodge a complaint with the Cypriot Data Protection Commissioner.
