Welcome to Restik

Restik is a platform for restaurant loyalty and guest service. You run a loyalty program, connect a messenger bot for guests, manage bookings and digital menus, and keep team work in one personal account on the website.

Two sides of the same program

Guests use Telegram or WhatsApp: they see balance, pay table bills, get cashback, receive newsletters and choose a restaurant. Your team uses the personal account: the same program data, but with lists, settings and reports.

Everything in the account belongs to one loyalty program at a time. Restaurants, guests, levels, menus and messages are tied to that program. If you manage several brands, switch programs in the header without logging out.

How the personal account is organized

The left menu groups everyday work:

  • Operations: dashboard, bookings, guests, transactions.
  • Venues: chains, restaurants, halls and table plans.
  • Loyalty: program settings, levels, tariff for the platform.
  • Content: menus, files, newsletters.
  • Administration: roles, translations, billing for owners.

Not every user sees every item. The menu depends on the role assigned to your phone number.

How to use this help

Pages are grouped in two levels: a topic and detailed subpages. Start with the overview of an area, then open subpages for step by step work. Terms here match button names in the personal account and in the guest bot where possible.
